Zuppa offers low waste catered lunches and dinners for groups of 10 or more.

• Our prices include reusable bowls, plates, utensils and linen napkins. 

• Soups and curry are served in pots which will keep food warm all day.

• We make many soups each week. Please contact us to find out what's available.

• A delivery fee may apply for areas outside of Central Portland. 

• Menu descriptions may change depending on the seasonal availability of ingredients.

Soup and Sandwich Menu 

Soup Lunch                                                                          $11/person

soup, mixed greens or spinach salad, bread and homemade chocolate chip cookie 

soups vary each week, below is a list of some of the soups we offer.

• Sudan farms pastured lamb stewed with white beans.                                      
• Red lentils simmered in coconut milk and Indian spices.
• Split Pea with balsamic vinegar and mint (with or without bacon).
• Potato Leek.                                                                                                                     
• Free Range Chicken with seasonal vegetables and brown rice.    
• Thai spiced pumpkin curry with coconut milk and fresh lemongrass.           
• Indian style chicken vegetable curry.                  

Sandwich Lunch                                                                     $12/person

Sandwich, mixed greens or spinach salad, and chocolate chip cookie.

Sandwiches are served on whole grain bread with mustard, mayonnaise and seasonal vegetables.
